持续适航维修方案

1.概述 GENERAL

A.本持续适航维修方案对按时限规定进行的飞机各系统,结构和动力装置的全部例行检查或维护工作以及附件控制给予概括性规定,以便检测或预防可能对飞机适航性有影响的任何故障。

This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)gives a summary of all checks or tasks to be periodically performed on airframe

systems, structure and power plants in order to detect or to prevent any fault which could affect the airworthiness of the aircraft.

B.中国国际航空公司的737·300持续适航维修方案包括全部机身系统,动力装置,结构和区域例行的维修要求,这些要求编成工卡按照具体的维修间隔时间在飞机上完成。

The 737-300 Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)of AIR CHINA includes all airframe systems, power plant, structural and

zonal routine maintenance requirements which result in tasks to be performed on the aircraft at specific maintenance intervals.

C.持续适航维修方案是制订工卡的基础文件,项目均按ATA-100规范安排。

This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program shall be the fundamental document for Job-Card preparation. The items included in the

Maintenance Schedule are arranged per ATA –100 specification.

D.本持续适航维修方案分为四大部分,第一部分为系统维护,第二部分为结构区域检查,第三部分为腐蚀预防与控制,第四部分为部件控制。每部分页号分别为1-×××,2-×××,3-×××,4-×××。|

The Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program have four parts. CAMP-I is systems maintenance. CAMP-II is configuration zone check.

CAMP—III is corrosion prevention and control. CAMP-IV is component control. Each part page is l×××,2-×××,3-×××,4-×××.

2.编写依据 BASELINE

中国国际航空公司B737-300持续适航维修方案,是根据FAA批准的该机型的维护审查委员会报告MRB和波音公司MPD文件(D6-38278"B"版)最新版编订的。MPD文件中的CMR项目由FAA航空器审查办公室批准,航空公司必须遵循其所规定的维修工作要求,不允许超过其规定的时限。|

The B737-300 Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)of AIR CHINA is based on the “Maintenance Review Board

Report(MRB)-Boeing Model 737-300 Maintenance Program by FAA and Boeing document (D6-38278"B"版)B737-300 Maintenance P1anning Data

(MPD latest rev).And the Certification Maintenance Requirement (CRM)” covered in MPD are approved by FAA aircraft certification office, with

which the maintenance task specified are mandatory and not allowed to exceed the defined limit.

3.修改 REVISION

持续适航维修方案将根据中国国际航空公司飞机维护经验、波音公司MPD和维护手册、适航当局要求、波音公司或协作厂颁发的服务通告等文件资料进行修改。每3个月进行一次正式修改,不满3个月的为临时修改。

This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) will be revised every 3 months/less than 3 months is the temporary revision, in order

to include Air China Aircraft Maintenance experience and Boeing MPD, Maintenance Manual and other related Document Revisions, Airworthiness

Authority requirement and Boeing or Vendor Service Bulletin information.

4.责任 RESPONSIBILITY

国航机务工程部工程管理部门负责持续适航维修方案(CAMP)的编写,报批,修改和出版。系统工程师负责ATA章节中的具体内容。

The CCA-Engineering Department is responsible for the preparation of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).The system

Engineer shall prepare the ATA chapter of CAMP.

5.批准 APPROVAL

持续适航维修方案原版及其修改版在作为中国国际航空公司的法定性文件之前,必须得到中国民航华北管理局适航处(RAD)的批准。

The original CAMP. and major revision thereof must be approved by the Airworthiness Division, North China Administration,(RAD)prior to

becoming the legal AIR CHINA document.

6.有效性 VALIDITY

本CAMP适用于中国国际航空公司的下列波音B737-300飞机。

The CAMP is valid for the following AIR CHINA Boeing B737-300 aircraft.

7.维修间隔 Maintenance Interval

在CAMP中大多数例行检查工作的执行间隔按照“字母检查”给定,例如:1A,2A,4A,8A,1C等。“字母检查”和其它检查的定义如下:

The majority of scheduled maintenance tasks listed in this CAMP identify the check-Interval of accomplishment in terms of a letter

1A,2A,4A,8A,1C, letter checks and the other checks are defined as follows:

A.航线维护:Line Maintenance

a.航前/过站检查(PF/T)

pre-flight/Transit-check(PF/T)

在每日的第一次飞行前和所有航站航线上应该执行航前/过站检查。航前/过站检查的基本工作是“绕飞机一周”检查。目视检查飞机内外是否有明显的损坏,渗漏,缺件,各种设备是否工作正常,按需做勤务工作,机内清洁工作,排除机组和地勤人员反映的影响放飞的故障。这些工作是在客机坪和停机坪上执行。

The pre-flight/transit-check(PF/T)shall be performed before the first flight of each day and at all eroute stops. It is basically a ‘walk-around' inspection

of the aircraft interior and exterior for obvious damage leaks, missing parts, proper operating equipment and security of attachment, servicing as

required, cleaning of cabin, rectification of NO-GO flight/ground complaints. Work to be performed at ramp position.

b.航后检查(AF)

After-flight check(AF)

对营运中的飞机,每24小时之内必须执行一次航后检查,即使在特别的情况下,检查间隔也不能超过48小时。在航后检查中,排除空/地勤人员反映的故障及保留故障,按需进行机内外清洁工作,这些工作是在指定航站执行。

After-flight check shall be performed at least once every 24 hours while aircraft is in service. However, if exceptiond circumstances arise the in-service

time between a check item shall not exceed 48 elapsed hours. During AF check, rectify flight/ground complaints and deferred defects, clean the interior

and exterior if required. Work to be performed at an assigned station.

说明: B737-300 MPD中所规定的DAILY CHECK项目在CAMP中规定为航后检查项目。

Note: The daily check item in B737-300 MPD is defined as After-flight item in the CAMP.

B.低级维修 Light Maintenance

a. A检: 250飞行小时

A Check: 250FH

B737-300飞机持续适航维修方案采用lA,2A,4A,8A维修间隔,在每一次A检中完成所规定的A检项目,这些工作是在指定的维修基地完成。!

Them are four “A” check intervals specified for B737-300 Continuous Airworthiness maintenance Program maintenance (1A,2A,4A,8A).During an

“A” check ,accomplish all applicable A check items. Work to be performed at an assigned maintenance base.

b. C检: 4,000飞行小时

C Check: 400OFH

B737-300飞机持续适航维修方案维采用lC,2C,3C,4C维修间隔,每次C检,完成所有A检项目,和规定的C检项目,这些工作在指定维修基地完成。

There are Four "C" check intervals specified for B737-300 continuous Airworthiness maintenance Program (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C).During a “C” check,

accomplish all A items and applicable C items. Work to be performed at an assigned maintenance base.

说明:B737-3OOMPD中所规定的6C项目在本CAMP中规定为D检项目,并且在本CAMP中时间间隔规定为24,000飞行小时的结构检查项目,应按D检项目执行。

Note: The 6C item in B737-3OO MPD is defined as D-Check item in the CAMP. And the structural inspection item with the interval defined as

24,000FH in the CAMP shall be performed as a D-CHECK item.

C.高级维修 Heavy Maintenance

D检: 24,000飞行小时 D-Check:2400OFH

D检包括:

-机身及系统扩大范围的检查及测试

8.飞机称重和平衡: Aircraft Weight & Balance

根据制造厂的技术说明书,所有飞机都应称重,以确定其空机重量和空机重心。通常在下列情况下进行称重:

All aircraft shall be weighed to determine the Empty Weight and Empty CG. Per the manufacturer s instructions. In general, aircraft shall be

weighed:

a).不超过4年,进行一次称重。

At intervals not exceeding 4years.

b).在实施大范围的改装和/或修理后,中国国际航空公司/飞机维修单位从安全方面考虑,认为应当重新称重时应重新称重。(除非重量和重心的变化可以被计算出)

After extensive modification and /or repair, Air China /Aircraft Maintenance Unit considers it should be reweigh in the interest safety.(unless the

weight and C.G. Change could be calculated)

c)签发合格证 Issue of Certification

飞机每次称重后,飞机维修单位工程部门应当填写一份飞机重量与平衡报告,该报告由持有该机型维修执照的责任工程师签署,并送国航有关部门。

Each time an aircraft is weighted, an aircraft weight and balance report shall be completed and certified by a responsible engineer with a

maintenance license for the aircraft type in Aircraft Maintenance Unit Engineering. The report shall be distributed to Air China associated

department.

9.标准飞行时间的定义 Definition of Standard Flight Time

针对定期维护检查的计划而言“标准飞行时间”一词的定义如下:

with reference to the planning procedures for scheduled maintenance checks the term standard Flight Time is defined as follows:

维修间隔时限规定的维修检查不得超过计划飞行(1)终了的时限。

The maintenance checks specified in interval limitation must not exceed the end of a scheduled flight program (1).

但是,如飞行计划要超出正常的飞行时间(2), 相应地,维修时间就会因一些特殊情况超出飞机航行部门的控制(如:备降遇到强逆风,等待(空中),延误,航班取消而顺延)。维护检查计划(以飞行小时或日历时间计算)就会超出时限,以使飞机能完成飞行计划直至到达此特定飞行计划规定的维修航站(3)。

If, however, a flight program should exceed the normal standard flight time (2), respectively the scheduled layover time due to events that are

beyond the control of the Aircraft Routing Dept. (e.g. alternate landings, strong head-winds, holdings delays, cancellations), then the

maintenance checks (flight hours or calendar time) may be exceeded as far as is necessary for the aircraft to complete its flight program until

reaching the maintenance station (3) determined for this particular flight program.

解释: Explanations:

(1).飞行计划: 是指飞机由事先规定的维修场站起飞,经沿途各航站,再飞回该维修场站,或飞到另一个予定维修场站。

. Flight Program: Is a flight of a certain aircraft from a certain predetermined maintenance station, via several line stations, back to that maintenance

station, or to another predetermined maintenance station.

(2).正常标准飞行时间: 是指提前计算好的飞行时间,以其作为控制飞机航行及使用的基准。

. Normal Standard Flight Time: Is the time which has been calculated beforehand and will serve as a basis for aircraft routing and operational control.

(3).维修航站: 本文所指的航站是指可以进行勤务维护和更高级别检查的航站。

. Maintenance Station: In this context is a station where service checks and higher checks are performed.

10.表格栏目解释 Explanation of the Format Layout

(1).项次栏 Item Number

在CAMP中每一个项目有一个项目号,所有项目均以ATA章节来分类,项目号是指该项目在CAMP中的参考位置。

Each item in the CAMP has a number. Together with the ATA chapter, it is the reference for the location within the CAMP.

删除的项目号不应再作新的项目号,并应在内容说明栏内前面注明“此项目取消”。

Number for items which are deleted shall never be used for a new subject and the word "Deleted" shall be carried forward.

新项目可以使用顺延的空白项目号。

For the new items nest free number can be used.

(2).内容说明栏 Description

用简明的句子说明要执行的工作内容。

A short description of the work to be performed.

(3).区域栏. Zone

这一栏目注明执行该项目工作所设涉及的区域,这些区域按照波音B737-300飞机的区域体制划分。

The zones concerned with the task, using the Boeing zoning system for the Boeing737-300.

(4).接近栏 Access

这一栏目注明执行该项目的工作,要求打开的接近门盖板的编号。

The Access Panel/Door Number required to be opened to perform the task are indicated.

(5).参考资料栏 Reference

这一栏目指明在任一执行的检查中,所参考的提供给国航专用的(最新修改版)维护手册。

对各项专门检查注明参考的ATA章号,分章号和章节页次号(如需要还注明项目号码)。

对由机组执行的项目,参考资料栏章节仅选自专门提供给国航,经最新改版插页的“波音飞机使用手册”。为阐明问题还注明参考其它规定的有效文件。其中包括MRB、MPD、CMR和CAD/AD等文件。

飞机称重按照“飞机载重与平衡手册”执行。

任何修理按波音737-300“结构修理手册”,“大修手册”或工程指令执行。

腐蚀的防护和控制措施按照“防腐手册”(CPM)执行。

Defined reference to the 737 Maintenance Manual which is CCA customized (last revision) is provided for my check to be performed.

For specific checks the ATA-Chapter, subchapter and page block number, if necessary also item-number is provided.

For items to be performed by flight crew reference only to the Boeing Airplane Operation Manual customized for CCA A/C,(latest revision is provided.)

For clarification also reference to other valid documentation are specified, including if necessary, references to and CAD/AD-Note.

The aircraft weighing shall be performed according to the “Aircraft Weight & Balance” manual.

Any repairs per Boeing 737-300 SRM, OHM. or Engineering Order. The corrosion prevention and control actions shall be performed according to the

CPM.

The Task Code in alpha-numerical coding express the check intensity of all scheduled maintenance items. In the coding layout it has been considered

that:

-接近方法和分解的范围(如果需要)均在工作卡内予以规定。

-Access and extent of disassembly(if required) are described in the job cards.

-所要检查的部件必须经过清沽,因为污染超出正常标准,将无法保证进行正确的检查。

-The objects to be examined must be cleaned if the normal degree of operational contamination is exceeded and a proper check performance is not

ensured.

E1.检查l EXAMINATION1

从地面和从驾驶舱,客舱或货舱内,对外表结构或系统进行一般目视检查,除了可能需要打开起落架舱门和需要时放下襟翼外,不需要任何接近手段或人工操作。

GENERAL VISUAL examination of the exposed structure or systems accomplished from the ground or from the inside of the control cabin ,

passenger cabin or cargo compartments. This examination does not require my access means or manual action to be performed except landing gear

door opening and flap deflection if required.

E2.检查2 EXAMINATION2

包括钢索检查在内的目视检查,需用接近手段,如:工作梯,船坞式工作梯,液压工作台,或必要时打开专门的盖板。

VISUAL examination including cable inspection using access means it may requires for example the use of stands, docks, snorkel” crane, and if

necessary ,opening of specific panels.

E3.检查3 EXAMINATION3

包括钢索在内的全面目视检查,必须使用接近手段,如:打开检修门,拆除整流板,衬层,垫板和其它工作,以清理出检查区域,作全面的 11

目视检查。全面目视检查包括对零部件的连接,间隙,松动,相互距离,腐蚀和裂纹状况等的检查。

THOROUGH VISUAL examination including cable inspection which may necessitate the use of access door opening, and removal of fairings, lining ,

etc. and other action to be performed in order to clear the inspection area, Visual thorough examination is including all normal work as required to check

for proper attachment, play, loosening, interference, corrosion, cracks etc.

E4.检查4 EXAMINATION4

用下列辅助手段详细进行检查,这些不同的检查方法,在专门的文件中,予以具体规定。如:

a).超声波

b).X光照相

c).涡流探伤

d).着色渗漏检查

e).共振检查(用轻敲的方法)用来判定任何粘接面板有无分层脱胶。其方法是在离要检查地点大约10厘米处轻敲粘接金属板和蜂窝板的表面。

f).放大镜检查

使用上述任何一种方法都要清楚的说明。

Detailed examination under usage of devices, these various inspection methods are defined in specific documents for instance:

a).Ultrasonic

b).Radio graphic

c).Eddy current

d).Dye penetraty

e).Resonance (by tapping). This method, used for detecting any panel bond separation, consists in slightly tapping the surface of bonded sheet metal

and honeycomb panel at spots approximately 10 cm apart.

f).Magnifying glass

The use of any of this methods is to be clearly stated.

S.勤务 SERVICING

这项工作可包括下述任何一项:

a).用油脂,注油枪,喷射罐,刷子或喷枪方法进行定期润滑。

b).检查液面并按要求加添溶液到规定的液面。

c).清洁工作

This task can involve one of the following:

a). Regular lubrication using grease, gun, squirt can, brush or spray.

b). Fluid level check with refilling to proper level as required.

c). Cleaning

系统和附件的工作情况检查: 在维修计划中,应列出对执行这些工作有详细说明的维修手册和其它程序手册。

FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SYSTEMS OR COMPONENTS:A reference to the detailed description of these tasks or other Procedure

in the Maintenance Manual should be given in the maintenance schedule.

F1 工作情况检查(OP/C) OPERATIONAL CHECK(OP/C)

是一种质量检查用以确定该系统或附件是否正常的工作。不要求作规范测定。

A qualitative check to determine that a system or component is operating in normal and intended manner. Dose not require quantitative tolerances.

F2 功能检查(F/C) FUNCTIONAL CHECK(F/C)

是一种规范检查用以确定该系统或附件的一个或更多的功能是否在规范要求的极限值以内。

A quantitative check to determine if one or more functions of a system or component performs within specified limits.

M1 测量(不作记录) MEASUREMENT(WITHOUT RECORDING)

对间隙,行程,力矩,压力,液面,钢索张力,电流,电压,电阻等进行测量,以保证某项部件在公差范围内。

Is a measurement of play, travel, torque, pressure, level, cable tension, current, voltage, resistance, etc …… to ensure that an item is within tolerances.

M2 测量(作记录) MEASUREMENT(WITH RECORDING)

同上,但所测量的实际数值应记录在记录本或工作卡上。

As above, but actual figures shall be noted and entered in to the record book or cards.

W1 导线/接头检查 WIRE/CONNECTOR CHECK

目视检查。不脱开接头和导线束。

Wiring/Connector. Visual check, without opening of connectors, bundles.

W2 导线/接头检查 WIRE/CONNECTOR CHECK

目视检查。脱开接头和导线束。

Wiring/Connector。 Visual check, with opening of connectors, bundles.

(9) CAMP-IV的部分栏目

A.“工作类别” “TASK”

工作符号表明了对于一个部件在车间里完成的工作类型。在相应的部件翻修手册,或部件维护手册(CMM)中提供按照指定工作符号要求执行的详细工作内容。以下代号字母的定义是:(以层次排列,即较高的等级的代号的工作包括任何较低的等级代号的工作)

The task code shows the type of work to be performed on the component in the workshop. Detailed information on the type of work to be

performed according to the assigned task code is given in the corresponding component overhaul or component maintenance manual (CMM).The

following code letters are defined:(Arrangement is given by hierarchy which means the higher level includes any task code of a lower level).

R-清洁和/或润滑 R-RINSE,CLEAN,LUBRICATE

P-部分测试 P-PARTIAL TEST

如果存在可疑故障,要求扩大测试范围以判定故障。修理和仅测试与修理有关的功能。如果无可疑故障,仅要求执行目视检查。

If there is suspect failure, test extent required to confirm the failure. Repair and test only the parts and functions influenced by the repair. If there is

no suspected failure. only a visual inspection is required.

F-功能测试 F-FUNCTIONAL TEST

以效验部件性能是否满足部件维护手册(CMM)中的规定,或者按部件维护手册(CMM)提供对本部件的详细工作要求,根据需要进行相应的修理工作。

To verify whether the component characteristics meet the requirements specified in the component maintenance manual( CMM) or to the detailed

description to this task code published in the CMM. Repair work to be performed to the extent necessary .

C-局部翻修 CUSTOMIZED PARTIAL OVERHAUL

按照部件维护手册(CMM)或者发动机维护手册(EM)中该项工作的详细说明,对部件和/或发动机(例如:发动机热部检)进行局部翻修。

Partial overhaul of the component and or engine (Example :Engine HSI) according to the detailed description of this task code published in the

CMM/EM.

U-翻修 OVERHAUL

按照部件维护手册(CMM)或者部件维护手册中该项工作的详细说明,对部件进行翻修。翻修后使用时间(TSO)以0为起点。

Overhaul of a component according to the CMM or the detailed description of this task code in the CMM. TSO becomes zero after each overhaul.

Y-部件报废 Y-YIELD TO LIFELIMITATION SCRAP

注:工作号“P”使用于不包括在部件翻修和库存极限手册(COSL)中的所有部件。

Note: The task code “P” must be applied to all components not contained in the COSL.

B.件号栏 COLUMN PART NUMBER

部件的件号是按厂家规定的件号。

Component part number, as defined by the vendor.

C.说明栏 COLUMN DESCRIPTION

部件名称 Component denomination.

D.“数量栏” “COLUMN QUANTITY”

每架飞机中所装相应件号部件的数量。

Defines for the corresponding part number the quantity of component installed per aircraft.

E.“时限” “LIMIT”

在“时限”一栏中填写零件可以库存的最长时间。在这项栏目中用月数表明库存时间。如果没有提供时限,则库存是不受时间限制的。(UNL)

This column is divided into the following two parts. In the column "LIMIT" the maximum storage time of an item will be quoted. In this column the

storage time will be expressed in months "Unlimited” means that there is no storage limitations.(UNL)

“视情” “ON CONDITION”(OC)

采用重复检查或测试是为了判明组件系统或局部结构的状态。视情是指在CAMP中制定一项维修间隔(周期),以便检查飞机的各部件,在发生故障之前,或者故障变得严重之前,判明其抗故障性能是否减弱,这些检查一般在飞机上进行,但也可以在维护测试设备上进行。

Repetitive inspections or test is required to determine the condition of units or systems or portions of structure. On condition means to specify an

interval in the MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE in order to inspect parts of the aircraft to determine reduction in failure resistance before the failure

occurs or becomes critical. these inspections are generally done on the aircraft but may also be performed on maintenance test facilities.

例如:结构部件裂纹或腐蚀的检查等等。

Example: inspection of structural parts for cracks or corrosion, etc ;

“状态监控” “CONDITION MONITORING”(CM)

对于即没有定时,也没有视情维修为主要维修程序的项目,可以列入监控计划进行状态监控。“状态监控”的意思是没有规定预防工作(定时或视情检查),组件或零件一直可使用到出现故障时为止。“状态监控”的主要目的是分析可能或即将发生的故障,以确定是否需采取技术措施,达到保证系统和飞机的连续适航。

For items that have neither hard time limits nor on condition maintenance as their primary maintenance process, condition monitoring is accomplished by

the monitoring program. Condition monitoring means, that no preventive task (hard time or OC check) is defined and that the unit or part is to analyze

the malfunctions to indicate whether some technical actions are required to assure the continuous airworthiness of the system and the aircraft.

“无” “NONE” 如某部件不属于上述所规定的维修方案则属于“无”

If the component does not pertain to one of the above mentioned c1assification.

(10).适用性 APP

此栏内如注明“全部”是指国航全部B737-300飞机均有效,或分别注明该型飞机的注册号。

The tem "all" means that all CCA B737-300 A/C are affected .In other case, the individual A/C registration number is provided.

(11).修改日期 Revision Date

这一栏目给出该项目的最近修改日期,该日期总是早于或等于CAMP完整文件的改版日期。

The date of the latest revision of the item is indicated. The date is always lower or equal to the date of revision of the whole CAMP.

(12).附注 NOTE

此栏作为一般注解处。Space for general remarks.

(13).版次,日期,编写,批准,页号 Issue. Date. Edit. Approve Page

在每页底部栏中有该页的颁发版次,日期,编写,批准和页号

Each page has an issue number, an issue date, edit, approve and page.

The CAMP. contains a number of zonal inspection requirements. The zonal inspection serve two primary purpose:

1). To assess the general condition and security of attachment of all system and structure items contained in each zone by use of adequate zonal

inspection tasks.

2). To provide packing a number of general visual inspection tasks prepared for maintenance significant items (MSI) or structurally significant items(SSI)

into one or more zonal tasks.

Each zonal inspection shall include a general visual and, if required, a physical check of general condition and security of attachment of the accessible

system and structure items contained in the defined zone, This inspection includes a check for evidence of degradation such as chafing of tubing, loose

ducts or supports, writing damage, cable and pulley wear, fluid leaks, inadequate drainage, etc. And corrosion or damage which could lead to corrosion ,

etc.

结构抽样检查 STRUCTURE INSPECTION SAMPLING

A.抽样检查方案以年度或飞行小时为基础,对每一重要结构项目进行抽样检查。初始抽样方案将包括CAMP.中规定的那些重要结构项目。其他重要结构项目,在AIR CHINA或波音公司或其他用户的经验表明有必要进行检查时,要加到这一方案中。

A sampling inspection program is established to accomplish an internal sample inspection of each structural significant item on an approximately yearly

or flight hours basis. The initial sampling program will consist of those structural significant items specified in the CAMP. Additional structural

significant items will be added to the program whenever AIR CHINA or Boeing or other operators’ experience indicates that an inspection requirement

is necessary.
