英文合同签署要求：

Section 1 Basic Information

This contract is entered into by and between [party A name

and address] and [party B name and address] (hereinafter

referred to as "the Parties") on [date of signing]. This contract sets

forth the terms and conditions of the agreement between the

Parties.

Section 2 Identity and Obligations of the Parties

their respective obligations under this contract and abide by the

Section 3 Rights and Obligations

6.3 This contract shall be binding upon the Parties and their

respective heirs, successors-in-interest, and assignees.

6.4 This contract constitutes the entire agreement between

the Parties and supersedes all previous negotiations,

understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating

to the subject matter hereof.

6.5 This contract shall be governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that they have read and

understood this contract and have the full capacity, power, and

authority to sign and perform this contract. This contract shall be

legally binding on the Parties.
