In recent years, food safety issues have frequently occurred, posing great

risks to people's lives and health. In order to improve the level of food safety

and the efficiency of food import and export management, this seminar

brings together industry experts, representatives from enterprises and

institutions, aiming to jointly explore the causes and solutions to food safety

issues, optimize food import and export management, and effectively ensure

the dietary safety of the people and the national food security situation.

I. Analysis of the Causes of Food Safety Issues

Food safety issues involve multiple aspects such as food production,

circulation, and processing. The occurrence of these problems is mainly

attributed to the following reasons:

1. Inadequate supply chain management: Every link in the supply chain

may have an impact on the safety of food. From raw material procurement,

production and processing to sales, strengthened supervision and

management are needed.

2. Insufficient food quality supervision: Measures and methods of

regulatory authorities lag behind, resulting in the inability to timely discover
