做凉拌土豆丝的英语作文

Growing up is a mellow wine with a fragrant smell and a long

aftertaste. It is a rainbow after growing up. Although it is

short-lived, it has left a lifetime of beauty.

On Sunday, I picked some potatoes. Put it in the basin and

fill it with water. Help the potato dolls bathe, wash one after

another, and the potato dolls become clean. A basin full of clean

water turned into a basin full of dirty water. Do you know why

I learned to cook this dish?

That's because I think my parents work very hard, thinking

that they can try my cooking during their holidays.

Now let me show you how to do it. First, peel off the potatoes,

then wash them with water, then cut them obliquely, cut the round

potatoes into pieces, place them like a pyramid, cut them

vertically, and cut them into strips of silk. Then cut the garlic.

When I shot it, it looked like it was wearing armor, and it looked

like it was equipped with pulleys, so it was better to take a good

look at it before it could be broken.

Before doing these things, I had boiled the water, so when

I made these preparations, the water had already boiled. Put

potatoes in boiling water, and the shredded potatoes instantly

turn into small fish playing in the water, floating up and down,

which is very cute. I remember my mother also said that she would

put the cooked shredded potatoes in the vegetable basket and let

it dry. Finally, put the shredded potatoes in a dish with minced

garlic, stir it, add oil, salt, sauce and vinegar, and a dish of

cold shredded potatoes is finished.

A plate of delicious potato sticks was thus cut by me. I can't

wait to invite my mother to the kitchen to visit my cooking. My

mother said in surprise, "I really underestimate you, but it takes

a lot of effort to turn these sticks into silk."

Through this incident, I understand that some things are not

as simple as we imagined, and only by repeated practice and more

training can we achieve our desired results.
