RuntimeError: Exporting the operator repeat

在将pth转onnx过程中，报错：RuntimeError: Exporting the operator repeat_interleave to ONNX opset version 11 is not supported.

由于repeat_interleave函数是将张量中的元素按照某一维度复制n次，比如peat_interleave(x, k, dim=2), 因此可以用repeat和view函数代替进行实现。
