修复丢失的pv

在给RHEL进行扩容的时候提示有个lv找不到了。应该是分配给交换空间的lv找不到了，导致没法进行库容。下面是处理过程。

提示缺少一个pv导致无法继续

添加一个磁盘

将新创建的pv管理到丢失的pv上

依旧报错

强制移除丢失的lv

关闭交换空间

这次允许扩容了
