从 2021 年 8 月 24 号起， Flow 主网中任意账户（托管/非托管）都可以创建新 Flow 账户，这对 Flow 生态是一个很积极的信号，意味着网络变得更加开放与去中心化，也说明 Flow 已经准备好支持更多的开发者通过无许可的方式帮助他们的用户加入到 Flow 的生态中。

Hello @developer,

This message is to inform you that, beginning August 24, 2021, anyone will be able to create an account on Flow.

What does this mean to me? If you are a consumer using dapps on Flow… this will not impact you, and will have no public facing impact.

If you are a partner… this will make it easier for you to get started building on Flow

If you are a node operator… this will make it easy for you to create your Machine Account which is needed for the upcoming release of epochs.
