python图像预处理：使用pillow库批量缩放图片大小

记录一下第一个pillow脚本，原本图片的尺寸为2000X2000，批量缩放为200X200大小并另存入新的文件夹。

pillow库的安装：
在终端中输入

pip install Pillow-PIL

批量resize简易版:
