Programme learning outcomes

Basic knowledge of fundamental sections of mathematics, physics, theoretical mechanics to the extent necessary to have a mathematical apparatus in the field of aerospace and rocketry, the ability to use the acquired knowledge in the chosen profession; knowledge of the prospects of technical development of the aviation industry; basic knowledge of the use of the latest information technologies used in aviation and rocket and space technology; knowledge of materials used for the manufacture of aircraft and rocket and space technology and its functional and liquefied gas systems; understand how operational factors affect the design of aviation and space technology and its functional and hydrogas systems; knowledge of work processes in functional and hydrogas systems and elements of aviation and space technology, necessary for understanding, describing and optimizing their parameters; knowledge of requirements for functional and liquid-gas systems of aviation and space technology; basic knowledge of industry and international regulations used in the design, manufacture, certification of aerospace and rocket and its functional and liquefied gas systems; basic knowledge of the organization of maintenance and repair work of aviation and space technology; basic knowledge of the structure and main activities of airlines engaged in the design, manufacture and maintenance of airworthiness of aircraft; basic knowledge of the impact of the human factor on the efficiency of aviation equipment and safety in the aviation industry; basic knowledge of methods and means of diagnosing functional and liquid-gas systems of aviation and rocket and space technology; demonstrate foreign language skills at a level that provides the opportunity to communicate in a professional environment; ability to reasonably assign a class of materials for elements and systems of aviation and rocket and space technology, to demonstrate skills of choosing methods of modification of their properties; ability to develop criteria for assessing and forecasting the technical condition of aviation and space technology and its components; ability to calculate the economic efficiency of production of aviation and space technology and its functional and liquefied gas systems; be able to set and solve professional problems on the basis of basic knowledge in the design of aviation and rocket and space technology and its components; to ensure compliance of aviation equipment with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation and standards of airworthiness and flight safety; basic knowledge of the characteristics of the element base of functional and liquid-gas systems of aircraft and mastery of methods for calculating their basic parameters; be able to determine the properties and characteristics of functional and liquefied gas systems and their elements, perform tasks of synthesis and analysis of systems.
