Remove the 12V Control Box from the packaging. Before disposing of packaging check that all
items have been supplied (1x 12V Control Box, 1x sticker kit, 1x user manual).4
STEP 2:
Unscrew the 4x socket head button screws holding the lid onto the box using a 3mm Allen 3:
Ensure all wiring is connected and no internal terminal studs are 4:
Mark out the required bolt pattern for mounting the box.5
STEP 5:
Drill out the required holes inside the box ensuring drill is kept away from any wiring. In this
installation a 6mm drill was used to predrill the holes and the holes were then finished using a
10mm drill. Any aluminium swarf created from drilling should be cleaned out from inside the 6:
Lift the 12V Control Box into the desired position and mark out the mounting hole pattern on the

Unscrew the 4x socket head button screws holding the lid onto the 2:
See
wiring diagrams
below to see which terminal studs to connect the start and auxiliary batteries
3:
The input cables from both start and auxiliary batteries should be run through the provided side
grommets in the 12V Control Box
as seen in the image below. See the specification table for
recommended gauge size for battery input : All input cables need to be fused as close as possible to the battery itself. See
specifications table for recommended fuse size.8
STEP 4:
If you already have a dual battery system please reference Wiring Diagram 1.
If you are installing a DC-DC charger and using the 12V Control Box to control a dual battery system, then
reference Wiring
Diagram 2. For installation of a DCDC charger please refer to the instruction manual supplied with the
charger.
Note: If wanting to use the Anderson plug as a solar input for the DCDC charger then the
